This site is a portfolio. It does not track you, does not set cookies and does not sell or share your data. The only personal data it handles is what you type into the contact form.

01WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

Ivan, freelance UI/UX designer (the "controller" under the GDPR). Contact for any privacy question: Telegram @rozhk1 or the contact form on the main page.

02CONTACT FORM

When you send a message, the form transmits the data you entered:

  • your name,
  • the reply channel you chose and your contact (email, Telegram username or other),
  • your message.

Purpose: to read your request and reply to it. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before a possible contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a form-to-email service that forwards the message to my inbox. Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows, and are deleted when they are no longer needed.

03HOSTING

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in short-lived server logs. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and reliable operation of the site).

04NO COOKIES, NO TRACKING

No cookies are set. There is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking. Fonts and scripts are served from this site's own server, so opening the site sends no data to Google or other CDNs.

05SETTINGS STORED IN YOUR BROWSER

A few interface settings are saved only in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers them:

  • the language you chose,
  • whether sound is on,
  • the radio station and volume,
  • your best runs in the Deadline Run game,
  • that you already passed the intro (for this tab session).

This data never leaves your device and is never sent to me. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

06EXTERNAL LINKS

Links to Telegram, Behance and the project websites open those services in a new tab. Their own privacy policies apply there.

07YOUR RIGHTS

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to me on Telegram or through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
